Step 1

Step 4

Inspections

A Home Inspection protects you! It is an investment in educating you on any issues or potential issues with a home. You are entitled to an inspection & it is highly recommended.

CL-100 or Wood Destroying Insect Inspection is required by the state of South Carolina.

Christine has a list of Licensed Individuals that come highly recommended by local consumers.

Step 4

Closing

Once the financing is in place, successful satisfactory inspections are complete Christine will attend closing with you or handle a faceless closing on your behalf.
